Intent Market Research collects information about your name and email address, business phone number, information about your organization, your job title, location, interest and/or demographic information, IP address, and other information provided by you at the time of connecting on the IMR website to deliver the Syndicated Research services ordered by you or your organization as part of a corporate account. We may also use your contact information to communicate with you while producing syndicated research reports and other services.

We also collect information about how you use the sites, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the sites automatically. In addition, we may record your IP address for security purposes. The information automatically collected may be associated with a unique identifier as well as with any other personal data you have provided. We do not usually seek to collect your sensitive personal information and we will obtain your explicit consent to collect and use such information where required by law.

  1. b) Advisory Services/Consulting

In order to provide Custom Solution Services (e.g. consulting and advisory services) ordered by you or your organization, IMR may use your users / professional business information such as name and email address, business phone number, information about your organization, and your job title. In some cases, IMR may collect additional personal data if required due to the nature of the consulting project which can include but is not limited to professional profiles, names, email addresses, feedback, or information that participants and/or partners have volunteered to provide to us via questionnaires submitted, and other information.

  1. c) Ancillary Services

To provide services related to updates on industry developments, IMR may use your name and email address to deliver these updates to you or your organization. Such services may include market updates, market snapshots, and other value-added services or features provided by IMR, whether for remuneration or free of charge.

Irrespective of whether IMR provides its services to you or your organization, we may also process your name and email address and personal data that you provide to us when we ask for your insights related to a specific sector or topic.

  1. e) Primary Interviews

Market research and consulting in IMR carries out extensive interviews in person and by telephone, email, videoconferencing software, or social media platforms. In all such cases, we ask interview participants including our consultants and the industry experts to identify themselves, state the purpose of the interaction, and any pertinent details for how the interview will be conducted (i.e., if notes will be taken and/or it will be recorded). Interviewees have the option to remain anonymous in the interview. Any personal data in the interview transcript will be removed before sharing data with our client, whilst recordings will not be shared.

We are committed to sending information on the research being conducted, a list of questions (and/or an agenda, whenever relevant), and the specific terms and conditions for the interaction before scheduling interviews. We will delete all recordings within 24 months of the end of the project they referred to. In certain cases, interview recordings might be shared with our clients provided you have shared consent for us to do so. Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for the way(s) third parties manage and protect your personal information if this happens.

All client feedback provided for each project will be treated in confidence. Client feedback will only be shared externally in aggregated and anonymized form, except where testimonials are voluntarily provided for marketing purposes. All client feedback is securely stored on our project management system.
